Tara Loveland
PT, DPT
Tara was born and raised in Temple City, CA, a suburb of Los Angeles. She attended the University of California, San Diego where she earned her undergraduate degree in Cognitive Science before moving to Denver for physical therapy school. She graduated from the University of Colorado with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in December 2020.
Tara is passionate about providing each and every one of her clients the opportunity to achieve the active and healthy lifestyle they’ve always imagined – regardless of pain and/or injury. Clinically, she has a special interest in return-to-sport rehabilitation and pelvic health, specifically, postpartum return to exercise. She is passionate about helping her clients optimize movement, recover from injury, and/or prevent future injury by utilizing a total-body treatment approach that reaches the “root cause” of the problem.
When Tara is not in the clinic, she enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, cycling, and pretty much anything that gets her outdoors. She also enjoys the occasional day indoors reading a good book, watching a good Netflix series, or cooking a new recipe.
