Personalized Physical Therapy Treatment Plans
After a thorough evaluation and assessment of your condition, we’ll provide a clear, personalized treatment plan designed to meet your unique needs and support your best path to recovery.
Our team uses a variety of hands-on therapy techniques, such as joint and soft tissue mobilization, visceral mobilization, instrument-assisted soft tissue work, dry needling and kinesiotaping. You’ll also receive guidance on posture for sitting and standing, as well as effective, comfortable ways to move and use your body. To support your progress, we’ll create a customized home exercise program so you can continue your improvement every day.
Perinatal Wellness Package
Not sure when to start pelvic floor therapy during pregnancy? You’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
Our Perinatal Wellness Package provides guided, proactive care throughout pregnancy and postpartum, helping you feel strong, supported, and prepared every step of the way.
What’s Included
8 one on one visits with a pelvic health physical therapist
Visits scheduled around key stages of pregnancy: 13, 20, 28, 32, 35, and 37 weeks gestation +2 postpartum visits to support your recovery
Begin at any stage, your 8 visits are yours to use in the way that best supports your pregnancy and recovery
What to Expect

**Please note, we are an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. We’re happy to provide a detailed invoice upon request, which you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and HSA cards.
